Where We Ship

We deliver across India to all serviceable pin codes. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Partner

All orders are shipped through Shiprocket, one of India's most trusted logistics platforms. Shiprocket partners with leading courier services to ensure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to metro cities is usually faster. Remote or rural pin codes may take slightly longer.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery on eligible orders. COD availability depends on your pin code and is shown at checkout. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email and/or SMS with a tracking number and link. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after dispatch. You can also track your order through the Shiprocket tracking page.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Need to change or cancel your order? Please contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes only before the order has been dispatched. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be modified.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address, phone number, and pin code at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with Shiprocket and the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
