About our gummies

Are ChewNectar gummies a medicine?

No. They are food supplements. They help fill everyday nutritional gaps alongside a balanced diet, and are not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any disease.

Are the gummies vegetarian?

Yes. Our gummies are gelatin-free and made with vegan-friendly ingredients.

Where are they made?

In India, in FSSAI approved, GMP and ISO certified facilities.

Do the gummies contain sugar?

They are made with controlled sugar content. The exact amount per gummy is printed in the nutrition panel on each jar.

Which gummy is right for my child?

For everyday nutrition, start with the Kids Multivitamin. For bones and teeth, Calcium + Vitamin D. For daily iron intake, Iron Gummies. For digestion, Prebiotic + Probiotic. If you're unsure, ask your paediatrician.

Age, dose and safety

What age are the gummies for?

All our jars are suitable for children aged 3 years and above, except the Iron jar, which is for children aged 4 years and above. Please follow the age guidance printed on each jar, as it differs by product.

How many gummies should be taken each day?

Follow the dose on the label, or your doctor's advice. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.

Can my child take more than one type of gummy?

If your child takes any other supplement or medicine, check with your paediatrician before combining products.

What if a day is missed?

Simply continue the next day. Don't give a double dose to make up for it.

Are gummies safe to keep at home with young children?

Gummies look like sweets, so always store the jar out of children's reach and supervise younger children while they chew. Iron in particular can be harmful to young children in excess.

How should I store the gummies?

In a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, with the lid tightly closed.

Orders, delivery and payment

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Yes, on eligible PIN codes. Availability is shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days, and usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. See our Shipping Policy.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order number as soon as possible.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an opened jar?

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used supplement jars cannot be returned. If your order arrived damaged, incorrect or expired, we'll replace it or refund you. See our Refund & Return Policy.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days to your original payment method. COD refunds are made by bank transfer or UPI, within the same 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a little longer to reflect the credit.
