Shipping Policy

1. Where We Ship

ChewNectar currently ships across India. International shipping is available to select countries on request — please email hello@chewnectar.in before ordering.

2. Shipping Charges

• Orders below ₹499: ₹49 flat shipping
• Orders ₹499 and above: FREE shipping
• International: ₹1,800 flat (varies by country, calculated at checkout)

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Sat). You will receive a confirmation email and tracking link once your order is dispatched.

4. Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–4 business days
• Tier 2 / Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
• Remote / North-East / J&K: 7–10 business days
• International: 10–21 business days

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on most pin codes in India. A small COD handling fee may apply at checkout.

6. Tracking

Track your order at chewnectar.com/pages/track-order using your order number and email.

7. Failed Delivery / RTO

If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected window, contact hello@chewnectar.in within 7 days of dispatch.
