Returns & Refunds Policy

At ChewNectar, your trust matters. As our products are consumable health supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

• You received a damaged, defective, or expired product.
• You received the wrong product (not what you ordered).
• The seal of the product was broken on arrival.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.

2. Return Window

You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after 7 days will not be accepted.

3. How to Request a Return

Email hello@chewnectar.in with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue (damaged seal, wrong product, etc.)
• A short description of the problem

Our team will respond within 24–48 working hours and arrange a reverse pickup if eligible.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds are issued via UPI or bank transfer.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or partially used products
• Products purchased on clearance or marked as final sale
• Gift cards

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Email us as soon as possible. Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled but can be refused at delivery.
