ChewNectar operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). ChewNectar is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

2. Our products

ChewNectar products are food supplements, not medicines. They are manufactured in India in FSSAI approved, GMP and ISO certified facilities. Our FSSAI license number is displayed on all product labels and packaging. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products. However, colours or appearance may differ due to your device settings. All descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product and may limit quantities on a case-by-case basis.

3. Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase and authorise us to charge your selected payment method. ChewNectar reserves the right to accept or decline your order, subject to applicable law. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Purchases are subject to our Return and Refund Policy. This does not limit any rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You represent that your purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

4. Prices and billing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Shipping charges are shown at checkout.

5. Shipping and delivery

6. Food supplement disclaimer

ChewNectar products are food supplements as defined under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. They are not medicines and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Always read the label before use. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. These products are not a substitute for a varied diet or a healthy lifestyle. No ChewNectar gummy is suitable for children under 3 years. If your child is on medication or has a known allergy, consult your doctor before use.

Our Services, including all trademarks, brands, text, images, graphics, video, and audio are owned by Neonutriva Healthcare Private Limited, its affiliates or licensors and are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable intellectual property laws.

The purchase of any product does not grant intellectual property rights in the product, its design, or formulation. These Terms permit you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or transmit any material on the Services without our prior written consent. ChewNectar's names, logos, and designs are trademarks of Neonutriva Healthcare Private Limited.

10. Feedback

If you submit any ideas, suggestions, feedback, reviews, or other content ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute and display such Feedback for any purpose. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHEWNECTAR, NEONUTRIVA HEALTHCARE PRIVATE LIMITED, SHOPIFY, AND OUR AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THEIR POSSIBILITY. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED UNDER APPLICABLE INDIAN LAW.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ChewNectar, Neonutriva Healthcare Private Limited, Shopify, and our affiliates from any losses, damages, liabilities or claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your use of the Services.

We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services at any time without notice. You will remain liable for all amounts due up to the date of termination.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi, India. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence.
